Yeah I finished the game on easy and got everything but that one not sure if difficulty matters but yea hopefully a patch will come soon. Based on some comments, it seems to be glitched. Did you buy the full trilogy or even preorder the Mafia 1 remake? I think the Tommy stuff is tied to owning that game.
